  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely packing them in the original shipping bag.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
